On September 1, 2024, the contract renewal meeting between MEGA WE CARE and SUNNYCARE was successfully held after a year of collaboration. The meeting highlighted the positive results of SUNNYCARE’s dedication and professionalism in providing employee mental health support services for MEGA WECARE. We believe that this ongoing journey will lead to greater connection and success for both organizations in the future.
In order to help organizations become desirable workplaces, the EAP mental health care program for corporate customers of SUNNYCARE Psychological Institute was born, contributing to the journey of building a positive work culture based on the goal of establishing shared activities and supporting leaders and employees to cultivate a healthy spiritual life, one should focus on both work and daily activities. Ensuring the mental well-being of every employee is essential, it will go hand in hand with the company’s growth, employees can bring into full play their internal resources and together create a sustainable development organization. Understanding the importance of harmonizing employees’ mental health and increasing work efficiency, Mega Lifesciences Co., Ltd (MEGA WE CARE) has paid attention to and selected mental health care services EAP (Employee Assistance Program) personnel of SUNNYCARE. Through detailed discussions both face-to-face and online about the service process and a meticulous assessment of the working culture at SUNNYCARE, MEGA WECARE was completely convinced to cooperate in the spirit of respect, trust, and agreement.
